Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Lumira Love platform, website, or mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and masterclass attendees. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance.

Lumira Love provides a premium AI-powered parenting platform that includes: a personalised AI Co-Pilot, a curated global wisdom library, a private community, live expert sessions, and in-person masterclass events.

Services are provided "as is" and are subject to availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or Terms violations.

Core and Premium subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. The Masterclass Bundle is an annual programme billed as a one-time payment (with optional payment plan).

All prices are in USD. VAT and applicable taxes may be added based on your location. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Core and Premium plans offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, your account will revert to a free tier unless you add payment details and choose a plan.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.

Subscriptions: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Core and Premium plans for first-time subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial purchase.

Masterclass Bundle: The Bundle is non-refundable after 14 days from purchase. If Lumira Love cancels an event, you will receive a full credit or refund for that event's portion of the Bundle.

Masterclass individual add-ons: Non-refundable within 21 days of the event date.

In-person masterclass events are subject to separate Masterclass Event Terms provided at registration. By registering for an event, you agree to those additional terms.

Venue, date, or facilitator details may change. In the event of a cancellation by Lumira Love, participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.

Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and visa arrangements. Lumira Love accepts no liability for travel costs in the event of a cancellation.

You agree not to: (a) share your account credentials with others; (b) reproduce, distribute, or sell any platform content without written permission; (c) use the AI Co-Pilot to generate content for commercial resale; (d) harass, threaten, or harm other community members; (e) upload illegal, offensive, or misleading content; (f) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our systems.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

All platform content — including wisdom library materials, AI-generated recommendations, masterclass curriculum, course materials, and brand assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of Lumira Love Ltd or its licensed contributors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes. No rights are transferred to you beyond this licence.

Content you submit to the community (posts, comments, testimonials) remains yours, but you grant Lumira Love a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute it in connection with our Services.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

The platform and its content are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LUMIRA LOVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any dispute shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to the DIFC Courts.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
