Digital Products

All curriculum PDFs and digital guides sold through the Lumira Shop are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Because you receive immediate access to the full product, all sales are generally final.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• You were charged but did not receive your download link
• The file is corrupted or unreadable and we cannot provide a working replacement
• You were charged twice for the same order

How to Request a Refund

Email shop@lumiralove.com with your order ID and reason. We respond within 2 business days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method (M-Pesa, Lightning, or card).

Circle membership and matching

Circle is a learning membership. The ongoing value is weekly curriculum sessions, real-life Q&A, the Lumira companion, and continuous caregiver development. A Curated Matching Round is a benefit of Annual Circle — not the business, and not a public nanny catalog.

Family Circle prices are fixed: $39/month (weekly sessions, curriculum companion, community path — no caregiver match) and $349/year (everything in monthly plus one Curated Matching Round). Yearly is discounted versus twelve months. Lumira Partner is $999/year.

Default yearly offer: one Curated Matching Round. Lumira prepares a shortlist of up to three selected candidates. The family chooses one. A rematch within 28 days of placement start is $197 for yearly members only. An extra match later in the same year is $197 for yearly members only, subject to supply. The paid price exists so matching is not a revolving door. Children need stability.

Any rematch is considered only after thorough structured feedback. It is a review process, not an instant swap, not a free inclusive rematch, and not an unlimited rematch right.

Trained caregivers receive sessions, the companion, and Village profile eligibility through training completion and consent at $0. Family Yearly is not required for a caregiver to be listable.

Village is a supply pool for curated matches. It is not an open parent-facing marketplace. Lumira does not employ caregivers. The family employs the caregiver directly. There is no guaranteed fit, placement, or outcome. Partner membership is not a staffing license and does not grant open nanny-database rights.

A rematch is not a refund of Circle membership. A rematch within 28 days of placement start is $197 for yearly members. An extra match later the same year is $197, subject to supply. Both are paid processes after structured feedback — not a money-back guarantee and not a free swap. Payment for a rematch or extra match is arranged after review.

Affiliate Commissions

If a referred sale is refunded, the associated affiliate commission will be reversed from pending payouts.
