When you register, we collect your name, email address, password (hashed), country of residence, and optional profile details such as children's ages and parenting goals.
We collect data about how you interact with the platform — content consumed, AI Co-Pilot queries, masterclass registrations, and community participation — to personalise your experience.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe and other PCI-DSS compliant processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we retain those communications to provide support and improve our services.
To provide personalised parenting guidance, AI-powered recommendations, and access to the wisdom library, community, and masterclasses.
Transactional emails (receipts, booking confirmations), service updates, and — with your consent — promotional content and our weekly wisdom digest.
Anonymised, aggregated data helps us improve our AI models, content library, and product experience. We never sell raw personal data.
We may process data to comply with applicable law, court orders, or legitimate requests from law enforcement authorities.
Lumira Love does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We share data with vetted sub-processors — including cloud infrastructure (AWS/Vercel), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), and analytics (Plausible) — under strict data processing agreements.
For in-person masterclass events, your name, email, and booking details are shared with the relevant venue and our on-the-ground event team solely for event logistics.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
When you delete your account, we anonymise or delete personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial records for 7 years).
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you at any time.
You may update your profile data at any time through your account settings, or request corrections for data you cannot directly access.
You may request deletion of your personal data subject to legal retention obligations.
Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object. You may also request restricted processing in certain circumstances.
You may withdraw marketing consent at any time via unsubscribe links in emails or through account settings.
All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. We conduct regular security audits and penetration tests.
Internal access to personal data is role-restricted and subject to audit logging. We operate a least-privilege access model.
In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and relevant supervisory authorities within 72 hours as required by applicable law.
Lumira Love operates globally. Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your jurisdiction. Where applicable, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
Our platform is designed for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 16. Family progress features collect data about children only as input by the parent account holder.
